Tumblr wanted to increase their sales revenue by attracting more advertisers to their platform. We held an 11-week workshop to develop a strategy around attracting brand decision makers (i.e. Comms Directors, Creative Directors, Ad Sales) to the platform. 
The Approach
Throughout the workshop we explored the brands audience insights and unique opportunities throughout the consumer journey to align with the target audience. As part of the tactical deliverables, I developed a consumer journey following a day in the life of the user to identify touch points for Tumblr to reach the consumer. The comms journey was developed through qualatative and quantitive research.​​​​​​​
